The sign-off certificate
Every approved page now has a downloadable certificate: the frozen content, who approved each section (name, email, where from, when, a content fingerprint), the decision history behind it, and a document hash you can check against the export. Reviewers can download the record of what they signed, too.

Reviews that say what changed, and who’s looked
A section edited after a decision shows the reviewer exactly what changed, word by word — including sections they’d asked for changes on. Review requests carry a note and a due date, the team sees who has opened the page and who has decided, and a once-a-day Remind nudges whoever is still waiting. Recalling a request tells the reviewers; editing an approved section tells the person who approved it.

The site audit, first tranche
Tab titles read “— Blocky” once instead of twice, the Docs + Figma comparison no longer links to a page that doesn’t exist, every page tells the same story about client access, and this ship log now feeds the home page directly — so it can’t go stale again.

Invites that land on the right projects
Tick the projects a new teammate or reviewer should reach when you invite them; access is granted the moment they accept. The invitation email names the projects, so nobody arrives in an empty workspace.

Find & replace across a whole project
Search a word or phrase across every section, field, button label, page title and the header, nav and footer — with a live dry run before anything changes. Approved sections that get touched are flagged for re-review, exactly as if you’d edited them by hand.

Billing you can actually find
Plan & billing joins the account menu, and Free-plan admins get a quiet upgrade chip in the header. The page was finished in July; the way in wasn’t.

Guides, alternatives and two more comparisons
Four long-form guides on getting content out of clients, plus “best X alternatives” pages and honest comparisons with FlowMapp and the Docs + Figma stack. Every page says when the other tool is the better choice.

The marketing site renders on the server
Public pages arrive as full HTML for crawlers and answer engines, trailing-slash URLs redirect to one canonical form, and the pricing FAQ is marked up from the same source the page renders.

Invitations that don’t quietly lapse
Pending invitations get one reminder before they expire, with a fresh link. Lapsed ones stay listed with a Resend button instead of vanishing.

Reviews happen on the preview
Everyone on a project — client, agency, copywriter — reviews the same live preview and approves or rejects section by section. One account model: every reviewer is a real, named user, and every Blocky email carries a one-click sign-in link. The separate client portal is gone.

Workspaces, billing and self-serve sign-up
Every team gets its own workspace on its own subdomain. Plans are billed through Stripe, flat per team, and hitting a limit tells you what it is and how to lift it. Self-serve sign-up is built and sits behind the launch switch.

Assign sections and pages to teammates with due dates. Everyone gets My Work — one list of everything that’s theirs, grouped by urgency, with inline stage changes.
