The build log

What shipped, in order. This page is the credibility section — hold us to it.

  1. improved

    Email worth opening

Every Blocky email — sign-in links, review requests, decisions, mentions — now wears the brand properly, with plain-text parts and clean subjects. Small thing; your inbox notices.

  2. shipped

    Clients are people now

Magic-link sign-in for client reviewers — no password, no seat. Clients join the same comment threads as your team and sign off section by section; approvals notice when things change.

  3. shipped

Work planning: assignments, due dates and My Work

Assign sections and pages to teammates with due dates. Everyone gets My Work — one list of everything that’s theirs, grouped by urgency, with inline stage changes.

  4. shipped

    Five-stage content workflow

Sections now move Not started → In progress → Draft → Ready for review → Final, with roll-ups per page and per project. The pills are load-bearing.

  5. shipped

    Section comments with @mentions

Conversational, resolvable comments on every section — in the editor and in preview — with @mentions, in-app notifications and email.

  6. improved

    Richer section history

The section history dialog now surfaces what changed in each edit — fields touched, stage moves, assignment changes — not just who and when.

  7. improved

Design refresh + light & dark themes

A warmer, more confident interface with a proper accent colour, and a theme toggle that respects your OS preference.

  8. shipped

Per-member project access from the Team view

Manage which projects each teammate can reach from one screen, and the Members panel is now front and centre on every project.

  9. shipped

    Review administration

Admins can see every open review link, revoke them, and unstick pages left in review — with the full audit trail intact.

  10. shipped

Project activity feed with deep links

Every page edit, reorder, review event and approval in one feed, linking straight to the page and section involved.

  11. shipped

    Ambient activity on sections

Sections quietly show their latest change — who did what, when — so you never edit blind.
