Content and structure live in separate modules — the words are collected next to the sitemap, not written inside the wireframe where they’ll actually sit.
Approval is lightweight feedback, not sign-off: there’s no per-section approval and nothing flags when approved content changes — “approved” can quietly drift as edits continue.
Pricing scales with projects and team size, and the planning workflow (stages, owners, due dates per section) isn’t the organising idea.
