Per team. Not per seat. On purpose.
Everyone who touches the words should be in the tool. Charging per seat punishes exactly the behaviour that makes projects go well — so we don’t.

Reasonable questions
Unlimited seats — seriously?
Seriously. Everyone who touches the words should be in the tool: writers, PMs, designers, the client-side marketing person. Charging per seat punishes exactly the behaviour that makes projects go well. Fair use applies — a "team" is the people working on your projects, not a reseller list.
What counts as an active project?
A project you can currently edit. Archived projects are read-only and free forever — archive an old build to start a new one, and restore it any time a slot is free.
Do clients need seats?
Free includes one reviewer seat — the lightest role, made for your client: they comment and approve, never edit, and review emails carry one-click sign-in links. Studio makes reviewer seats unlimited. Reviewers see only pages sent for review, in the same comment threads as your team.
What does the early-access price lock mean?
Sign up during early access and your plan price never rises while your subscription stays active. Prices will go up; yours won’t.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Projects over your new limit become read-only — nothing is deleted, and export always works. Your words are yours; we just stop letting you edit more projects than the plan covers.
How secure is reviewer access?
Reviewers have real accounts — a password plus single-use sign-in links that expire quickly, hashed at rest, rate-limited, revocable by removing the reviewer. Access is tied to a named person, not a URL floating around an inbox, and every approval is recorded against that name in the audit trail.
VAT and annual billing?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Annual billing gets two months free (£190/yr for Studio).
Every feature on this page is live in the Free tier’s single project. Judge it there.
